Currently, we are on the lookout for diversification of our assortment as we get more and more demand for various goods we have never dealt with. We are interested in pectin : High Methoxyl (HM) Pectin (with a DE >50%); Low Methoxyl (LM) Pectin (a DE of <50%) Our needs are around 5000kg of each item per month.
