The standart line can be completed by additional units like : Valve Throwing, Actuator Stamping, Cap Stamping and Inkjet Coding. Empty cans carries on the convoyeur and firstly they pass from liquid filling unit and then goes to valve filling and crimping process by rotary table. And then entered to gas room cans pass from actuator units on the way out and become ready to capping. Before the packing, inkjet unit stamps date/ product code etc. above caps at the end of the line.

Designed for high capasity to product. Conbined with double can feeding convoyeurs, double liquid filling, double valve throwing and double crimping units. The gas filling unit make product between 120-130 pcs per minute with 8 rotary gas heads. The convoyeur pass by Actuator Stamping, Cap stamping and Inkjet Coding Units. All of the unit’s height are adjustable.
The Valve Throwing Unit carries valves towards the turning table through the aspiration pipe and throws inside the empty cans. The unit is provided by a valve control head which stops the turning table when there is no valve on the can.
This line is working like the standart filling line but gas filling can not be made in this system. High-Pressure Air is used instead of LPG Gas. The product is filled inside the aluminium bag. It’s possible to filling all kinds of liquid alimentary in this way.
All kind of the liquid is filled to glass bottless or hard plastic bottles by this tool. It works with the help of a volumetric vacuum control system.
This machine crimps all kind of parfume bottles by pneumatic auxiliary pedal. The crimping head of this machine is mobile.
