It is a ready adhesive which is prepared by adding a certain amount of water to stick ceramic, tile, cotto, klinder, granite, natural granite and etc. that is less gliding, longer waiting time, and polymer mixed, flexible, and highly adhesive.
The dates and codes are printed on the cans by ink jet unit after the filling and crimping processes PE (Poly ethylene) molds are changeable thus and so customers can print almost all of cans.
The cans are carried to centrifuge plate by an elevator. Vertically positioned on the centrifuge plate cans g oto the turning table by collator and after the caps passed conveyor, it is put on the cans.
The Valve Throwing Unit carries valves towards the turning table through the aspiration pipe and throws inside the empty cans. The unit is provided by a valve control head which stops the turning table when there is no valve on the can.
This machine is a pneumatic pump that supplier constant gas pressure inside the gas head.
After filling the liquid and putting the valves inside the cans manually, gas filling and crimping operations are made by an auxiliary pneumatic pedal in the same time.
