The complete canned beans processing and packing production line is as follows: - Line speed: 250 cans per minute - Can size: 400 grams - Can dimensions: 73 mm diameter x 103 mm height - Soaking time: 10 to 12 hours - Can type: Tin plate Here are some technical data notes: 1. Considering 220 grams of soaked product in each container at a speed of 250 cans per minute, we need 3,300 kg/hour of soaked product. 2. The blanching time is 5-26 minutes. 3. The total cycle of sterilization is 90 minutes, as shown in the photo below. The reasons for requesting a pre-cooking (blanching) time of 5-26 minutes and a total sterilization cycle time of 90 minutes are because the raw beans and fava beans are purchased and imported from China. Considering the shipping time of 3 months and the storage in the factory of 6 months, in addition to the storage conditions under high temperature, all of this causes the dryness and hardness of the shell of the dry beans, and thus leads to an increase in the blanching time as well as the total cycle time of sterilization.
