We are looking to produce a sugar free jelly bean, preferably using the sweetener Stevia, or even Xylitol, because it is seen in the UK as 'safe', unlike Sucralose for example. This is being aimed at 'Keto diet' consumers so needs to be free of carbohydrates and even sugar alcohols like Maltitol which have a fairly high glycemic index. We would also like to be Vegan (Pectin instead of Gelatine) and, if possible, gluten free. This will widen our market but is not essential. Please advise if you can do this or would like to talk some more with me. Thank you. An******
