Safety of the machine; The Offeror is to provide a detailed description of the machine that guarantees the safety of the machine while being used. Minimum of one (1) year, for any failure or factory defect; including spare parts, labor, and maintenance services Offers must remain valid for not less than One-Hundred and Twenty (90) calendar days after the offer deadline.
