step 1: we need a unit to clean and saturate the brine. ( NaCl is powder that need to be dissolved and cleaned to be used in step 2)
NaCl + H2O
step 2: Electro separate brine to produce Cl2 and H2 and NaOH ( Cells to be designed to produce 10 tons per day of NaOH)
2NaCl + 2H2O = Cl2 + H2 + 2NaoH
Storage for 10 tons of NaOH and produced CL2 and H2 from the cells.
Step 3: now we have a storage of 10 tons of NaOH and Cl2 and and H2
Step 3 option 1:
Use all the CL2 and H2 stored products from step 2 to produce HCL.
Cl2 + H2 = 2HCL
Step 3 option 2:
Use all the NaOh and Cl2 stored from step 2 to produce NaOCl.
2NaoH + CL2 = NaOCl + NaCl + H2O
Step 3 option 3:
Producing NaOCl and HCL at the same time with ratios that is set using a control system.
