We need fully automatic cup filling and sealing machine for an instant meal product of grains called koshary. The meal in the cup has 5 kinds of dry grains filled in the same cup with different ratios. The final cup is 100gm with ratios of the portions as follows 1- Rice 20% 2- Pasta (elbow shape) 40% 3- Lentils ( 15%) 4- Vermicelli 10% (1.5cm long) 5- Spaghetti 15% (3cm long After the filling of the dry grains as above, we will fill 5 sachets of dressings ; sauce, salt, chilli, spoon, spices. We need the 5 sachets are filled in the cup automatically if possible. Then the cup is sealed with lid. The the whole cup is shinked with plastic shrink. Working Process: 1- Empty cups feeding into molds one by one 2- Volumetric filling 1 st Volumetric filling, 2 nd Volumetric filling, 3 rd Volumetric filling, 4 th volumetric feeding, 5 volumetric feeding 3- One meter space UV sterilization for empty cup & products 4- 5 sachets automatic
