Cl2 + H2 = 2HCL Step 3 option 2: Use all the NaOh and Cl2 stored from step 2 to produce NaOCl. 2NaoH + CL2 = NaOCl + NaCl + H2O Step 3 option 3: Producing NaOCl and HCL at the same time with ratios that is set using a control system.
