The approximate dimensions of the building are 2500 square meters. Height 7 meters. The building has 2 floors. Inside the building there are 6 separate rooms for growing berries, they contain racks, which must be made of metal and plastic pipes. On the second floor of the building there is a gallery and a laboratory. The ability to work at a height of 5 meters is provided by 6 forklifts moving along rails. The building must have 2 disinfectant entrances. The building is located on a plot of 1500 square meters. The site will include approximately 5,500 solar panels and a storage facility for approximately 3 MWT of electricity. All detailed information will be provided upon request.
