A complete line: Blowing machine, bottle washing and sterilizing machine, filling machine, vacuum filling machine in the bottle after filling with gas, bottle cap machine, sticker adhesive machine, production and expiration date printing machine, machine for placing bottles in cardboard boxes, robot for loading packed cardboard boxes from the end of the line to Storage containers, with complete conveyor belts connecting the machines.

Herein, I come across to inquire about your best offer to satisfy one of my customers in Nigeria, who is looking forwards to setup a multi purpose edible oil processing plant as part of the grain cleaning line I am yet to deliver. Oil crops of interest are: - Sesame (key crop) - Soybean - Ground nut - Palm nut (eventually). The process includes crude oil mechanical extraction (combined to solvent extraction & recovery) and refinery till bottling in 1 & 5 L plastic bottles, 20 L plastic jar, 200 L drum and 1000 L IBC bulk container. The expected throughput 5-10 t/h raw seed (based of sesame or groundnut is ok). Sesame oil is particularly for export, and choice may be made to only process and export as crude, based on customers requests.
