I am interested in selling silicon wafer and i am in buying solar cells and broken solar cells

Cell/Module Manufacturer required ... is a Russian manufacturer of silicon ingots and wafers. Currently we are looking for a partner who can process our wafers 156 multi A-grade into high efficiency cells. Please advice if this cooperation is interesting for you. If yes, we would like to know: -cost of OEM wafers into cells -Excepted efficiency -Output % We have 100k wafers available for the test run and would require to process about 200k wafers per month.
