Cobalt-Chrome-Nickel Alloys
This is a deformation-hardened precision alloy belonging to the cobalt-chromium-nickel group, widely used for manufacturing various elastic-sensitive elements.
Thickness: from 0.005 mm to 2 mm (other sizes available upon agreement).
Width: from 3 mm to 200 mm.
Technical specifications: High strength, hardness, and wear resistance.
Non-magnetic properties.
Increased corrosion resistance when used in aggressive environments and high humidity conditions, particularly in tropical and equatorial climates.
Maintains its properties at temperatures from -50°C to +400°C.
Alloy composition: (Co)~39-41%; (Cr)~19-21%; (Ni)~15-17%; (Fe)~10.75-18%; (Mo)~6.4-7.4%; (Mn)~1.8-2.2%; (C)~0.07%-0.1%; (Si) no more than 0.5%; (P) no more than 0.02%; (S) no more than 0.02%.
