Our modified Nylon 11 powder for tipping underwire has a melting point 155 ℃ which can greatly speed-up the efficiency of tipping. Because for thin metal wires in intimate products, they can only contain a small amount of heat to melt the tipping powder. The lower melting point means less energy and quicker tipping.
