Because for thin metal wires in intimate products, they can only contain a small amount of heat to melt the tipping powder. The lower melting point means less energy and quicker tipping. We produce and sell the laser marking additive for plastics, elastomer and rubber to make them more suitalbe for laser marking. The applicable mateirals includes PP, PE, PC, PA6, PA66, ABS, PS, PBT, PET, PVC, POM, SEBS, TPU, TPE and TPV etc. The color of plastics, elastomers, and rubbers does not alter obviously after adding our laser marking additive. A high precision marking can be achieved, such as a photo-level.
