The dough which is placed on the machine on the pallet is cut first by the blades and by the circular motion of the plates, the dough is cut and rolled in one time. It moves easily thanks to its wheels. It is produced manually, semi-automatic and fully automatic depending on demand.

The caldron also has the capability to reverse. Its noise level is minimized thanks to working with belting.
