Working with different suppliers from pakistan We will give following services to our clients. • Product Sourcing and product development. • Exploring new potential products. • Price negotiation with vendors. • Sample checking, preparing for dispatch. • Production handling, including follow-up, labels approvals, production sample confirmations. • Maintaining production tracker. • Conducting Pre-production meeting with suppliers including QA planning. • Confirmation of production samples. • Conduct all the inspections. • Handling production follow-up. Preparation of T&A or shipment schedule. • Update customer, if you anticipate any roadblocks. • Organizing buyer visits, planning & preparation with suppliers. • Factory visit and audit as per buyer requirement.
