Three “Korkmaz” brothers have been started to R&D works in a small workshop in 2005 for developing a new generation fully automatized doner robots. And in the 2007 year, a new innovative doner robot was invented in the motherland of doner in Turkey. From that date until today, Korkmaz Brothers have become main supplier of Turkey’s and worlds’ leading red meat and white meat producers, fast food doner restaurants. Via this cooperation, our customers are establishing industrial type doner preparation, cooking and cutting system in fast food restaurants and manufacturers of ready frozen doner packet with modern technology.
